Kukko Single-edged, mechanical nut splitter
Description
- Hardened chisel cutting edge.
- Gently turn the chisel in the other direction by pulling back.
Use
- For splitting tight or over-twisted nuts without damaging the bolt thread of quality grades 6.
Advantage
- The nut splitter´s band provides additional support when turning the chisel back.
- Chisel available as a replacement part, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system.
How it works
- A unique combination of the chisel with the spindle. This is pressed into the nut through a guide rail for cutting. After splitting the nut, the chisel is easily returned to the starting position.
Safety information
- The splitting chisels of the nut splitters are wearing parts. Blunt, pitted or broken chisels must be replaced immediately.
- Do not use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills.
- Protective blanket required.
- Protective goggles required.
