Product information "Tinning 0,25 kg unleaded S-Sn97Cu3"
Tinning 0,25 kg unleaded S-SN97Cu3
- Soft soldering & Tinning DIN EN 29453
- Flux according to DIN EN 29453
- Sheets ideal for tinning of body
- Metal content: 60-70 %
- S-SN97Cu3
- Melting range: 230-250 °C
- Content: 0,25 kg
- Once the area to be tinned is generously blank, the tinning paste is thinly applied to the body panel with a brush and uniformly heated by Bunsen burner or a blowtorch.
- Afterwards you can continue "working unleaded".
- Recent experiments have shown that the lead-containing solder Pb74Sn25Sb can also be used in combination with our lead-free tinning!
- The sheet and the solder need to be heated with a Bunsen burner until the in solder reaches a "doughy state". During the entire depositing the filler metal should be maintained in a viscous, paste-like state.
- After sufficient solder was applied, it must be smoothed.
- For this we use a so-called "Zinnholz" (tinning wood).
- The flux residues are corrosive and must be carefully removed with a clean cloth. Now you can grind the excess solder.
- Processing:
