Welding Primer


Features:

  • 500 ml Can
  • is applied between overlapping sheets
  • prevents rust reliably
  • substantially more durable than any zinc spray
 

Usage instructions:

  • With the spot welding gun there need to be ensured that the primer is still wet when welding, otherwise a safe power transfer is not guaranteed.
  • The primer burns at the welding point. Outside of this point, the material is soft at first by the heat and then sealed by capillary action.
  • Ideal for spots, where using a subsequent sealer is not possible anymore!
  • Recommended by most vehicle manufacturers.
